Well basically you've got the figure just right, there. ^_^ The image lets itself down with the clothing though, it seems unnaturally straight, eheh...
One or two clothe-folds would sort that one out though no prob.
Otherwise I really like it. ^_^ Good job!
*PS - What do ya think of doin artowork in Flash? I only ask because I do ALL my image in it! ^_^

I find flash a bit - uh - unfriendlly. Why don't you try Corel Draw or some other vector-based program? It's a lot easier for a beginer. When I'm making animation in Flash I usually draw everything in Corel and then paste it all in Flash, I find that easier.
But the drawing is good, basiclly. Maybe if you straighten the lines a bit, make 'em smoother.
